Lyft Receipts: How to Find, Resend and Print Them

Lyft receipts: a phone open to ride history, the receipt arriving by email, and the same receipt coming out of a printer.
    1. Open the Lyft app, open the menu and tap Ride history.
    2. Tap a ride to see its receipt, with the fare, any discounts and the tip.
    3. To get receipts emailed again, tap Export (iPhone) or the download icon (Android), select the rides and tap Send report. Lyft emails you a Ride Report with a receipt for each ride.
    4. To print, open that email on a computer and press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac).

Lyft also emails a receipt to the address on your profile after each ride's payment is processed. These steps follow Lyft's help article on emails and receipts.

How do I resend a Lyft receipt?

Export it from the app. Open Ride history, tap Export in the top right on iPhone or the download icon on Android, select the rides you want and tap Send report. Lyft emails a Ride Report with a receipt for every ride you selected.

Ride history goes back to October 2014.

Resend Lyft receipts: open Ride history, tap Export and select rides, then Send report for a Ride Report email.

For a receipt from before October 2014, Lyft asks you to contact support from its help page.

Why can't I find my Lyft receipt email?

Try four checks. Search your inbox for "Lyft". Look in spam or junk and mark anything from Lyft there as not spam. Make sure you are searching the inbox for the email address saved in your Lyft app settings. Then confirm your mail server is not blocking addresses ending in @lyftmail.com, @lyft.com or @lyft.zendesk.com.

A ride paid fully with credits shows a total of $0.00.

Four checks for a missing Lyft receipt email: search for Lyft, check spam, check the address, credits show $0.00.

How do I print a Lyft receipt?

Print it from the email. Open the ride receipt or the Ride Report on a computer and press Ctrl+P on Windows or Cmd+P on Mac, or print to PDF to keep a digital copy. For several rides, send one Ride Report first so every receipt arrives in one email.

That suits a one-off expense claim.

Print a Lyft receipt: open the email on a computer, print it, or save it as a PDF.

If those receipts end up in your books, you can skip the printing. DocStreamAI finds receipts and invoices in your inbox, reads them with AI and posts them to QuickBooks Online or Xero with the file attached.
